Question = Direction

A good question is a gravity that pulls you into the right direction

I recently read an article called Stop Dumping the Spice Rack. The author talked about the art of asking curated questions so that everyone will listen.

A PM needs to know the business impact. An engineer needs to know the technical constraints. A designer needs to know the user impact.

If you say the same thing to everyone, you end up saying too much to each of them.

Communication works only when it aligns with what the audience needs. The question determines the direction of the conversation.
